There is a new study bible for students that looks phenomenal. You can get it here. It is the ESV Student Study Bible. I have the original ESV Study Bible, but it is a tank. They have slimmed down this new version and made it very accessible for all students of the Bible. Check it out:

Passion

I attended Passion 2007 in Atlanta and it changed the trajectory of my life. I was already in full-time ministry, but that experience brought several new emphasis to the table. Here they are: 1) a passion for the glory of God, 2) an intense love for the Word of God 3) a desire for more expository preaching (and hopefulness that I could do it!), 4) a theology of suffering, 5) a heart for the nations, and 6) a burden for the local church.
